Why study Geography?
In my opinion, we study Geography to know more about the planet,
the earth, the world we live.
We realize the issue of Global Warming, deforestation, various of pollution,
through the study of Geography.
Thus we concern with our mother nature, we try to protect, to rescue her from dying......
Geography helps us in many ways, we do 3R, i.e. Recycle, Reuse and Reduce;
we grow plants to make environment better;
we prevent from suffering in Natural Disaster
(e.g. earthquake, tsunami, typhoon, flood etc).
For the natural disaster, we could predicted the eruption of volcanoes,
the earthquake zone could be detected.....
people should be evacuated from certain places before any unfortunate happened.
In addition, it has been such a long time since I last studied about Geography,
it's 15 years old. LOL.

I like to learn more about this world, other countries...etc.
(I've been asked once, where's 古巴 Cuba, it's sound like somewhere near Africa..haha, then I just realize it's in America!)
I always follow up Greenpeace, but after the videos shown in the class, I wonder it's a good organization.
